Description

This module deals with the process of achieving certification and starts by outlining the eight stages in the process. It deals with the contacting of the certification bodies and assessing their quotation for carrying out the work. It also deals with assessment scheduling and the preparation required for the formal assessment process. It offers advice on the common areas which will be of interest to the assessor and the common deficiencies which the assessors normally find. Finally it deals with the formal assessment decision and how to deal with any non-conformances found.
